The Opportunity
  
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned professional to take on the role of Global Head of Manufacturing who will be part of the Executive team. In this position, you will spearhead our manufacturing initiatives across three strategic locations: Australia, China (Shanghai), and Thailand. Collaborating closely with our executive, design, and commercial teams, you will have a significant impact on the evolution of our manufacturing operations.
  
The Role  

• Provide strategic leadership to the manufacturing and design teams across all locations.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans in alignment with company objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the manufacturing team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design, sourcing, and production processes.

    
About You  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive change and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant tertiary studies
