The Opportunity

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Performance Specialist to join our fast-growing in-house media team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across key platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, you’ll focus on driving engagement, acquisition, and ROI through high-impact campaigns. You’ll be empowered to test new ideas, refine targeting strategies, and apply best practices to scale media operations globally with efficiency and precision.

The Role
  • Manage and execute paid digital campaigns across search and social platforms, ensuring accuracy and performance alignment.
  • Optimise bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting using A/B testing to maximise campaign ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and craft compelling ad copy that is both on-brand and conversion-focused.
  • Build and refine audience segments using behavioural, demographic and interest-based targeting.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversions, providing regular insights and reporting.
  • Support daily and monthly budget tracking to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with the Creative and Content teams to develop ad assets and deliver feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments — including Brand, SEO, eCommerce and Product — to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
  • Champion innovation by testing new platform features, automation tools and industry trends to keep King Living at the forefront of digital performance.
About You
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in paid media execution, with deep hands-on expertise across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Bing.
  • You’re a natural optimiser with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • You’re comfortable with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and UTM tagging, with experience in conversion tracking and reporting.
  • You’re confident using keyword research and competitive analysis tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with creative and marketing stakeholders to drive high-performing campaigns.
  • You’re detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • You’re curious, innovative, and excited by the opportunity to test, learn and scale new ideas in a dynamic digital marketing environment.
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
