The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team. The Despatch Coordinator plays a key role in providing a high level of customer service to King customers, ensuring smooth order delivery, customer satisfaction, and payment collection. This role also offers vital office support to the warehouse floor staff.

The Role:
Ensure final payment has been taken on all orders before confirming delivery. Plan with transport companies.
Organise delivery runs by days and locality.
Book carriers and obtain quotes as required.
Provide a high level of Customer Service on Despatch issues such as delays, special requests, payment etc.
Liaise with Showroom Managers to resolve issues such as, delivery and despatch of floor stock, special requests etc.
Assist the Marketing and Design teams with coordinating showroom change overs and photo shoots.
Ensure clear and accurate data entry into SAP regarding payments, customer details, customer requests (including time of delivery etc.).
Liaise with customer service team and advise of any issues relating to despatch or final payments received.
Contact customers regarding delivery date and time of products.
Resolve customer complaints and follow the escalation procedure correctly where necessary
About You:
Previous experience in a despatch or coordinator role.
Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and customer experience.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with customers and internal teams
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new systems and processes. (SAP highly desirable)
Ability to promote and contribute to a positive work environment.
